Madonna presented Justin Timberlake with a cupcake and champagne for his 27th birthday while the pair were on the London set of her new music video, "4 Minutes to Save the World."
The track - which also features superproducer Timbaland - will appear on Madonna's as-yet-unnamed new album, due later this year.
